Leveraging strong partnerships is central to the mission of the Landscape Toolbox project. The organizations below are actively participating in developing, testing, and implementing the tools and techniques that make up the Toolbox.

Funding & Support

Initial funding for the Landscape Toolbox was provided by generous grants from the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, The Nature Conservancy’s Rodney Johnson-Katherine Ordway Science Endowment, and Lava Lake Land & Livestock, LLC.

Sustaining funding for the Landscape Toolbox is provided by the USDA-ARS Jornada Experimental Range and the Bureau of Land Management.
